THE SENERA BRAND
AT THE ORIGINS OF THE VERMOUTH
AND THE SELLA NERA FARM
The story of Senera Vermouth begins here, in an old farmhouse located among the pleasant Sienese hills in Pienza. The Sella Nera farm is a small biodynamic farm, founded by Giuseppe (Joseph) Anza, an Italian American, who went back to his origins and rediscovered his love for wine and nature found only in Italy.
THE SENERA WINERY
FROM SELLA NERA TO SENERA:
THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE VERMOUTH
The name Senera originates from the contraction of Sella Nera which also echoes the birthplace: the Sienese hills In fact, Senera vermouth takes all its components from the area. Starting with the impeccable quality of the Sangiovese grapes, grown here, to Tuscan know-how, which mixes with the classic Turin methodologies of Vermouth making.
